Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Our standard shipping period is 6-8 working days from the date of order confirmation.

  • During peak times, public holidays, or weekends, shipping may take up to 10 working days.

  • Please note that public holidays and weekends are not considered working days in our shipping schedule.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we are not liable for any delays caused by external factors such as postal service delays or customs processing.

 

Returns, Exchanges, and Claims

  • Returns and exchanges are only allowed in the case of:

    • Damaged items upon delivery.

    • Wrong items delivered.

    • Missing items from the order.

  • To claim a return or exchange, you must provide:

    • A video showing the condition of the product (e.g., damaged or wrong item).

    • The video should be recorded within 24 hours of receiving the product and should clearly show the issue.

  • Any returns or exchanges without a proper video will not be processed.

  • All products must be returned in new, unworn condition with the original tags intact.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued for damaged, wrong, or missing items.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, color, etc.)
